What we collect

When you submit a tryout or session request we collect the athlete’s first name and age or grade, the parent or guardian’s name, email address, and phone number, the program and location you’re interested in, and how you heard about us.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you about your request and place the athlete in the right age and skill group. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with anyone outside AWAKE Basketball.

Children’s information

Information about athletes under 13 should be submitted by a parent or guardian. We collect the minimum needed to run the program.
